Yes, I was having a first sail over the bar this morning and the Deben plus the Knoll Spit buoy were being re-positioned. John White says they are much better now and in the positions they asked for. I will get some aerial photos later. John

John White the Harbour Master confirmed today that the Deben entrance buoys were moved to their 2024 positions on Friday 26th April. I will get some photos when I can, but a decent spring low tide is a week away. John

We are very grateful that Trinity House is responsible for the buoys at the Deben and Ore entrances. Think the survey is being carried out today by the black rib.

The Trinity House survey has not yet taken place, so it is likely to be a few days before the buoys are repositioned.
