Store a 50ft 20 ton boat on hard standing over the winter where it will be safe from both security & weather perspective. Also need to be easy to work with & preferably reasonably priced. Need her looked after till I am able.

Is there such a thing as synthetic teak that is close to the real thing in appearance. I have seen some very poor examples but I think there was one that looked good at port hamble the other day, or was it real ? Is there a better brand that doesn't look like a poor imitation.

We took our Absolute 47 primarily to test the Seakeeper & Dockmate for IPS. Boat is still in bits so had to dig out & reassemble some cushions so the girls could sit down, rocking the boat while they sat on fibreglass wouldn't have gone well. The Seakeeper is superb at standstill & low speeds...

As far as I am aware there are no lift out facilities there so where do you guys go for annual lift out & maintenance ? Sea trials on Wednesday & then no doubt putting a few bits right then she finally goes to the Island.

The new boat has Climma air con, main unit in engine room, air handlers in each cabin. My question, do air handlers drain condensate or is it just the main unit ?
