Sorry Paul, I have to take issue with you on this. There will be no bonding at the pedestal, what you are measuring is the bonding at the supply 11kv*, star/delta transformer where the star point neutral is bonded to earth. In some installations, there will be a very low value neutral...

A little ot I know. Looking to start playing with Raspberry Pi, I've lot's of electronics skills but little coding. The intent is setup a Zigbee temp & humidity sensor network & be able to log & display this. Any recommendations both for the Pi part & zigbee sensors.
